For ciulama:
1.5 kg hribi
3 medium onions
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon vegeta

Method of preparation:

Serve hot or cold, with chopped greens on top, can be served with hot polenta, or fresh bread, if you are not on a diet.
