The quantity resulted in 24 muffins.
- 250 g flour
- 1 lgt baking soda
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 60 ml milk
- 90 ml oil
- 6 bananas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- powdered sugar for garnish
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert muffins with bananas:
I beat the eggs with the sugar and the salt powder until the sugar dissolved well.
I extinguished the baking soda with the lemon juice and added it to the oil and milk. Gradually I added the emulsion to the eggs, then a tablespoon gradually I added flour.
I crushed the bananas (4) with a fork and added them to the resulting dough with which I filled the muffin tins (a little more than half). I cut the other 2 pieces and put them over the dough.
I put it in the oven, which I preheated to 180 degrees C and left them in the oven until they were nicely browned.
I took them out of the oven and powdered them with powdered sugar.
