Mix the yeast with the sugar, add warm water, then salt, soft butter and chopped greens. Last add the flour and knead well, then cover the dough and leave it to rise in a warm place.

After half an hour, divide the dough into equal parts and with the hands greased with oil, form the buns. About 10 buns come out and put them in the pan and grease them with oil, then let them rise for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, turn on the oven, and then insert the buns and bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
