The nettles are washed well and cleaned, and the rice is soaked in cold water.
Bring water to a boil. The nettles are scalded in boiling water.
In a pot, put a tablespoon of oil and cook the finely chopped onion. When softened, add the broth and rice. Mix for 2-3 minutes, then add the nettles and 2 liters of water.
